Yes. If your school, council, trust or organisation needs an invoice or purchase order, select those options on the form and include any details we need, such as a purchase order number, finance contact, billing address or specific wording required by your accounts team.

As a simple guide, size 4 footballs work for ages 8-12, and size 5 footballs suit teens and adults, ages 13 and up. Currently we only stock a size 5 Pro rugby ball suitable for 14 and older. Tell us the age range, sport and level of play in the form and we can recommend the right mix.

For bulk orders, we will confirm delivery timescale as part of your quote. Bulk postage is free over £40. Wholesale orders subject to 4 item MOQ with free postage over £100. Please include your delivery postcode and any deadline, especially if the balls are needed for a tournament, school term, open day or club event. Larger orders may be sent by courier rather than standard post.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right. For bulk and wholesale orders, please speak to us before returning anything so we can confirm the best next step. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We aim to pack orders securely and efficiently, using packaging that is practical for the size of the order and avoids unnecessary waste where possible. Our policy is to reuse cardboard boxes, so expect packaging that has other company markings. If you have specific packing needs — for example separate boxes for different teams, classes or sites — please mention this in the bulk enquiry form.
